Marketing MDI currently stocks over 32,000 items across grocery, meat, produce, dairy, frozen food, health and beauty care, general merchandise, cigarettes, tobacco, and supplies. These items include over 2,000 private label items in the Morning Fresh Farms, Hy-Top, IGA, Better Valu, Valu Time, and Good Sense labels. MDI has the capability to participate in such EDI activities as invoicing, purchase orders, promotions, FEDI, and advanced ship notices. Continuous replenishment from vendors account for approximately 17% of the total volume at MDI.
